Questions landlords ask

How often should I inspect a rented property?

The law doesn't set a frequency. Many landlords inspect every 6 months, which is what we remind you about, plus a full report when tenants move in and out.

Can I do the inspection on my phone?

Yes. The form works on a phone, and photos go straight from your camera into the room they show.

Will a report help with a deposit dispute?

A dated move-in report with photos, set against a move-out report, is the evidence deposit schemes look for when deciding deductions.

Is it on every plan?

Inspections are part of Pro, and included in your free trial. Past reports stay readable on Tracker.
