What it costs
Your first properties are at the full price, and every property after that costs less, so a bigger portfolio pays less per property.

Add or remove properties any time and the price follows: Stripe works out the difference. For comparison, the landlord register itself costs £65 a property a year, and letting without registering can mean a fine of up to £7,000.
Questions landlords ask
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 30 days with everything included, and no card needed. Choose a plan when you're ready.
What happens when the trial ends?
Everything you added stays. To keep adding and updating properties and to keep getting reminders, choose a plan. If you don't, you can still log in, see and delete your data.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time from billing. Stripe works out the difference for the rest of your year.
Why per property?
So you only pay for what you let. And it gets cheaper as you grow: £2 a property a month for your first 10, then £1 on Tracker, and £5 a property a month for your first 5, then £2.50 on Pro.
Do my tenants pay for the portal?
No. It's part of Pro and free for them.
How do I cancel?
From billing, through Stripe's billing page. Your properties and history stay in your account, and you can still log in to see or delete them.
