Rent tracking

Rent tracking that tells you who hasn't paid

Set the day rent is due and every month is on one list: paid, part paid or late, with the total owed. Late rent shows on your dashboard and in your reminder emails until it's in, so arrears never creep up unnoticed.

What it does

Why it matters now

Under the Renters' Rights Act, rent can rise only once every 12 months, using Form 4A with at least 2 months' notice, and getting a property back for arrears depends on what you can show was owed and when. A clear month-by-month record is your evidence. The rent increase rules

Questions landlords ask

Does it collect the rent for me?

No. Your tenants pay you as they do now. You mark each payment as received, and we keep track of what's owed and remind you about anything late.

Will it show years of old rent as unpaid?

No. Tracking starts from the month you turn it on, or the tenancy's start if that's later.

What if the rent goes up?

Record the change in the rent history and every month from then is charged at the new rent.

Is rent tracking on every plan?

It's part of Pro, and included in your free trial. If you move to Tracker, your payment history stays readable.
