Tenant portal
A tenant portal that keeps repairs and messages in one place
Repairs reported by text, photos sent on WhatsApp, the gas certificate emailed three times. The tenant portal gives each tenant their own login, and gives you one tidy record of everything about the tenancy.
Free for your tenants. Part of Pro, at £5 a property a month, and included in your free trial.
What your tenants get
Their certificates
The gas safety record, electrical report and EPC for their home, with the documents, and whether each is in date. No more "can you send me the gas certificate?"
Their deposit details
How much, which scheme and when it was protected, plus your name and address for sending notices.
Repairs, reported properly
What's wrong, where, whether it's urgent, and up to 4 photos. You get an email straight away.
Updates as you go
Mark a repair booked in or fixed, add a note like "plumber Tuesday 9am", and they get an email.
Messages with you
A conversation for each tenancy, like any messaging app, with an email when there's something new, and only one until it's read.
Send it to your contractor
Pass a repair to your plumber or electrician, who updates it with no login. Repairs and contractors
Applications from new tenants
An application link for your adverts, with shortlisting and one-click tenancies. Tenant applications
Nothing else
They never see your notes, rent history, other properties or other tenants. Just their home.
How it works
- Invite a tenant from their page with their email address. The link works once and lasts 14 days.
- They set a password and see their home straight away. It's free for them.
- Repairs and messages land on the property's Repairs and Messages tabs, and on your dashboard.
- You stay in control. Remove a tenant's access at any time. It ends by itself when the tenancy does, and if you move back to the tracker plan.
A record that's on your side
When a repair or a conversation ever matters, for a deposit dispute, a council visit or a possession claim, you have the dates, the photos and what was said, all kept with the tenancy instead of spread across phones and inboxes.
Questions landlords ask
How much is the tenant portal?
It's part of Pro, at £5 a property a month, billed yearly. It's free for your tenants. Your 30-day free trial includes it.
Do tenants need an app?
No. It works in any browser, on a phone or a computer.
What happens when a tenancy ends?
The tenant's access ends with it. The repairs and messages stay in your records for that tenancy.
Can I switch Pro off later?
Yes. Move back to the tracker plan any time from billing. Your tenants' portal access closes, and everything already recorded stays with you.
