What it does
A link for every advert
Give the listing a title, rent and date, and copy the link into Rightmove, Zoopla, social media or a text.
The details you need
Contact details, household, pets, work, income, a reference, a message, and up to 3 proof-of-income files.
Shortlist and decide
New applications on your dashboard, with private notes. Shortlist, decline or accept, and let applicants know by email.
Accept, and it's set up
Accepting starts the tenancy with the applicant as a tenant and the rent filled in, ready for the deposit and right to rent check.
Close it when you're done
Close the link once the property's let, and anyone who opens it is told politely.
Deleted automatically
Applications and their documents are deleted after 6 months, so you're not holding personal data you don't need.
Staying on the right side of the rules
The form asks for consent before anything is shared with you, and deliberately doesn't ask for ID: you still check every adult's right to rent yourself before the tenancy starts. How to check right to rent. Once someone's a tenant, you have to answer a request for a pet within 28 days, so the form asks about pets up front.

Do applicants need an account?
No. They fill in the form from your link, and you're emailed when they do.
Can I use it with Rightmove or Zoopla?
Yes. Paste your application link into your advert or send it to anyone who enquires.
Does it do referencing or credit checks?
No. It collects the details and documents you need to decide, and a reference contact. Use your referencing provider if you want a credit check.
How long is applicants' data kept?
Applications and documents are deleted automatically after 6 months, or sooner if you delete them.
